William Vasquez

Mr. Vasquez is a retired Army Sergeant First Class, with over 20 years of military experience and numerous activations both foreign and domestic.

Mr. Vasquez is a retired Army Sergeant First Class, with over 20 years of military experience and numerous activations both foreign and domestic.

He deployed several times to Combat areas, and his unit was recognized by Congress for a mission conducted in a combat zone. As a combat veteran, Mr. Vasquez suffered injuries that would later categorize him as a disabled veteran.
Mr. Vasquez understands military and government regulations and administration. His last duty assignment was Battalion Resource Sergeant (S1) where he managed personnel transactions for more than 400 Soldiers including: payroll, promotions, awards, disciplinary measures and records management.

In his career, Mr. Vasquez has attended numerous Government/Military schools and seminars that certified him in various areas including: FEMA personnel coordinator, Sexual Harassment Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP), Master Resilience Training (MRT), National Hazardous Standard Management, Leadership, and Hand to Hand Combat Instruction.

Mr. Vasquez also served on a Chemical/Biological Nuclear Radiation task force in FEMA Region 11 that assisted federal, state and local agencies in training for this type of disaster. The task force performed consequence management assessments/exercises to provide critical intel of personnel and possible terrorist activities and to report on the possible danger of deploying personnel to an affected area. Mr. Vasquez also obtained clearance for several jobs that required handling of sensitive material.
