R & D Construction Management, L.L.C. provided Construction Management and General Construction services for this complex undertaking in North Tonawanda, New York, which was completed in October 2005.

Work consisted of interior and exterior rehab (including exterior landscaping and concrete replacement) of 250 housing units at a cost in excess of $7 million. R & D assisted the owner (Sheldrake) throughout the project to successfully coordinate the relocation of tenants into the newly rehabbed units.
